Why My Feet Hurt

Finally! Thanks to Burlington Coat Factory, now I understand WHY have painful bone spurs in both heels! No more Causal Sandals for me, buddy.

I also have a great photo of a huge lime-green aisle sign from CVS pharmacy that says, "Warts & Lice," but I can't seem to get it off my cell phone and onto the computer. I like to walk down that aisle and see if anyone's horrified.

I officially boycotted a local family-owned pharmacy because they refused to correct their sign trumpeting "All Occassion Cards." I told them about it several times. They finally admitted that I was right--it WAS spelled incorrectly, but that "everyone knows what it means." Sigh.

The Walgreens near us is now used to my telephone calls informing them of their continual misspellings. How hard IS it, really, to spell "deodorant" correctly WHEN YOU HAVE AN ENTIRE AISLE FULL OF THE PRODUCT SPELLED OUT ON THE CONTAINERS THEMSELVES? I simply say hello, identify myself, and the person on the other end usually says, "Oh, hello, Mrs. D. What did we spell wrong this time?"

Good for you, Nance! While you're at it, how about all the produce aisles that sell "cantalopes"?
